I draw on my academic background in biology and neuroscience to help you understand how your body works—how factors like sleep, light exposure, movement, nutrition, and stress affect your energy, performance, and long-term risk of disease. With this knowledge, we create a plan that works with your physiology, not against it.
At the same time, my training in psychology and behaviour change science ensures that this isn’t just information—it’s transformation. I help you build habits that stick, using structured support, environmental design, and personalised accountability tools.
